Shipping policy

All Chain Gang products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Processing time. Orders usually take about 2 to 7 business days to produce before they ship.

Shipping time and rates. Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination. Available shipping options, rates and destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.

All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Peak seasons, carrier delays and customs (for international orders) may add time. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Address issues. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be reshipped at additional cost.
