Who makes the shirts?
Every Chain Gang tee is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your shirt is made after you order it.
What shirt do you print on?
The Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee in Black: 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, side-seamed, with a soft retail fit.
How do I pick a size?
The 3001 runs true to size for a unisex tee. Check the size guide on each product page. If you want room for a full run-up, size up one.
How long will my order take?
Production usually takes about 2 to 7 business days, then shipping time depends on the method and destination you choose at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees. Peak seasons such as the run-up to Halloween and the winter holidays can take longer. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders often go into production quickly, so we can't always make changes once printing starts.
How should I wash my tee?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Why does my shirt look slightly different from the photo?
Product images are digital mockups. Screens and lighting vary, so colors can look slightly different in person.
